Welcome to Yuusk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at yuusk.com, including all features, content, and services offered (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use Yuusk. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law;
• You have not been convicted of a sexual offence or any crime that would prohibit your use of a private membership service;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Your Account

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You must not create an account using a false identity, someone else's name or email address, or misleading information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Yuusk will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

3. Membership Review and Access

Yuusk is operated as a selective private community. Creating an account does not guarantee acceptance, continued access, search placement, or the ability to use every feature. We may review account information, profile presentation, uploaded photos, communications, reports, payment status and technical signals to protect the quality and safety of the Service.

You agree that we may ask you to correct incomplete, unclear, misleading or low-quality profile information. We may limit, suspend or remove account features while a review is pending, where required for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment verification, or protection of other members. We are not required to disclose every technical or operational factor used to protect the Service.

Membership standards apply continuously. If your profile, photos, conduct or payment status changes after approval, we may review the account again and may request additional information before restoring full access.

4. Acceptable Use

Yuusk is a community built on mutual respect. By using the Service, you agree to:

• Treat all members with dignity and respect;
• Communicate honestly and authentically;
• Use photos and information that genuinely represent you;
• Report behaviour that violates these Terms or that makes you or others feel unsafe;
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Yuusk to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any person;
• Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other members;
• Promote or engage in escort, prostitution, or other commercial sexual services;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation;
• Upload unsolicited sexually explicit material;
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you;
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion. We may also report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities.

6. Messaging and Private Photo Access

Messaging is intended for respectful personal communication between members. We may apply sending limits, anti-spam checks, security challenges or membership requirements before messages are delivered. Some features may be available only to approved accounts or paid memberships. Women may receive different access rules from men where this is part of the Service design.

Private photos are access-controlled. A member may request access, grant access, revoke access, or report misuse. If you receive access to private content, you must not copy, publish, sell, redistribute, screenshot for public posting, or use it to harass or shame another member. Misuse of private content may lead to immediate removal and may be reported where legally required.

Administrative, safety and support messages may be sent automatically or manually from our support accounts. These messages are part of operating the Service and are not member-to-member endorsements.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Yuusk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any privacy rights, or contain unlawful material. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

8. Paid Memberships and Billing

Some features may require a paid membership, such as Premium or VIP access. Prices, currencies, included features, discounts, trial periods, renewal periods and taxes are shown at checkout or on the membership page before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the chosen plan.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, memberships are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period, unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers. We may store payment identifiers, subscription status, plan type, renewal dates, invoices and payment results to manage your membership, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations.

Refunds are considered case by case, taking into account applicable consumer law, technical failure, accidental duplicate billing and usage of paid features. We may refuse refunds for abusive conduct, chargeback fraud, violation of these Terms or completed billing periods where access was provided.

9. Reports, Moderation and Enforcement

You can report, ignore or block other members. Reports are reviewed by the team and may result in warnings, feature restrictions, content removal, account review, suspension or permanent removal. We may also use automated tools to prioritise reports, detect spam and identify risky patterns, but important enforcement decisions may include human review.

To protect the integrity of moderation, we may not disclose all actions taken against another member. Filing false, malicious or abusive reports is itself a violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Yuusk are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as set out here. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

11. Safety

We take the safety of our community seriously. However, Yuusk cannot verify the identity or intentions of every member. Please exercise caution when interacting with people online and when choosing to meet in person. We recommend:

• Always meeting for the first time in a public, well-lit place;
• Telling a trusted friend or family member where you are going;
• Not sharing your home address, financial information, or other sensitive details early in a connection;
• Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave and report it.

Use the in-app reporting feature to flag members who make you feel unsafe or who violate these Terms. We investigate all reports.

12. Travel and Offline Meetings

Yuusk is not a travel agency, tour operator, escort agency, employment agency, immigration adviser, financial intermediary or background-check service. Any travel plans, meetings, gifts, reimbursements, expenses or personal arrangements between members are made at the members' own risk and responsibility.

You must not pressure another member to travel, meet, share private information, accept money, send money, provide documents, or participate in anything illegal or unsafe. If a conversation becomes uncomfortable, stop communicating and report the account.

13. Platform Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, change plans, limit functionality, remove content or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a material change affects paid membership features, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes — see our Data Deletion policy.

Yuusk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to others, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, whether online or offline.

Yuusk does not conduct criminal background checks on its members. The presence of a member on the platform is not an endorsement or verification of their identity, character, or intentions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuusk and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred euros (€100).

17. Privacy

18. Changes to Terms

Yuusk may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. You also have the right to seek redress through your local consumer protection authority or an EU online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
